The Focus is on Hope

During this first week of Advent the focus is on HOPE!!!

HOPE - the confident expectation of what God has promised! Hope's strength is in God's faithfulness!

Here at CCLC we encourage students to prepare for Christmas! With all the hustle and bustle of decorating, parades, gift shopping and wrapping, take time to discover the priceless spiritual treasures!

Here are some of our WGE third graders making Christmas chains that can deck their tree or adorn their walls. Each "link" contains a Bible reference to be read that day - hopefully with their entire family!!

The chain grows shorter as Christmas Day approaches and little hearts (and big) are prepared for the Savior of the world!!
